Info: Our guest is Matthew Continetti who writes for The Weekly Standard. His most recent article "The Age of Irresponsibility" outlines his thoughts on political and moral corruption. He writes, "There are moments when it seems as though every figure who waltzes across the public stage is a cheat, a fraud, a liar, or a failure." He cites examples of politicians, sports figures, and celebrities. He believes that President Obama's assertion that the problem is political is wrong. He says the problem is systemic. He then goes on to reveal what he calls an "alternative vision of society."
Matthew Continetti graduated from Columbia University in 2003. In 2006 he wrote the book "The K Street Gang: The Rise and Fall of the Republican Machine."
